Who is this for: Children aged 7-13, especially highly energetic kids who need to burn off energy, or those looking to significantly improve their focus, self-confidence, and self-defense skills.


Training Highlights:

  • Safety First: Strictly NO head strikes. Full protective gear is worn to ensure training is conducted in a 100% safe environment.

  • Coordination & Brain Development: Incorporating Soviet boxing mechanics to improve hand-eye-foot coordination. This physical stimulation is scientifically proven to enhance a child’s focus and attention span in their daily studies.

  • Discipline & Respect: Boxing is more than just throwing punches. We strongly emphasize martial arts etiquette, following instructions, and teamwork.
