請在報名課程或使用本網站服務前仔細閱讀以下條款及細則。閣下報名課程、付款或使用本網站，即代表已閱讀、理解並同意受本條款約束。

Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before enrolling in courses or using Our Service. By enrolling, making payment, or using the Service, You agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. 服務與不設退款政策 Services & Non-Refundable Policy

  • 不設退款 Non-Refundable: 所有預繳之私人課程、套票、團體班及試堂費用一經繳付，概不設任何形式之退款或現金折換。

    All pre-paid fees for private sessions, packages, group classes, and trial sessions are strictly non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash under any circumstances.

  • 合約即時生效 Binding Agreement: 付款完成時（包括現金、轉數快、信用卡或銀行轉帳），即視為雙方服務合約正式成立，本館即時為學員預留相應之教練時段及資源。

    Upon completion of payment (including Cash, FPS, Credit Card, or Bank Transfer), a binding contract is established, and the Company reserves coaching hours and resources accordingly.

  • 個人原因 Personal Reasons: 任何個人原因（包括但不限於時間變動、工作遷移、移民或個人興趣改變）均不能作為退款或終止合約之理由。

    Personal circumstances (including but not limited to schedule changes, job relocation, relocation abroad, or change of interest) shall not constitute grounds for refund or contract termination.

2. 課程有效期 Course Validity

  • 有效期限制 Expiration Period:

    • 10 堂套票 10-Session Package: 必須於購買日起算 3 個月內完成。Must be completed within 3 months from the date of purchase.

    • 20 堂套票 20-Session Package: 必須於購買日起算 6 個月內完成。Must be completed within 6 months from the date of purchase.

    • 單堂 / 試堂 Single / Trial Sessions: 必須於購買日起算 1 個月內完成。Must be completed within 1 month from the date of purchase.

  • 逾期作廢 Expiry: 未於有效期內使用之課堂將自動作廢，不獲補發、退款或延期。

    Any unused sessions after the expiry date will be automatically forfeited without compensation, refund, or extension.

  • 醫療延期 Medical Extension: 如因重大傷病（須出示香港註冊西醫證明）無法上課，學員須於有效期屆滿前提出書面申請，本館保留最終批核權。

    In cases of serious injury or illness (supported by a valid Hong Kong registered medical certificate), a written application for extension must be submitted prior to expiration, subject to the Company’s final approval.

3. 課堂預約與取消政策 Booking & Cancellation Policy

  • 24小時預約變更 24-Hour Notice Required: 如需改期或取消已預約之私人課堂，必須於課堂前最少 24 小時透過官方 WhatsApp 通知本館。

    Rescheduling or cancellation of a booked session requires at least 24 hours’ prior written notice via official WhatsApp.

  • 遲到與缺席 Late Cancellation & No-Show: 於課堂前不足 24 小時內取消、遲到超過 15 分鐘或無故缺席者，該堂課將被視為已使用（照樣扣堂，不作補課）。

    Cancellations made within 24 hours, arrival later than 15 minutes, or no-shows will be treated as completed sessions and will be deducted accordingly without compensation.

4. 名額轉讓及正價重算 Transferability & Rate Adjustment

  • 名額轉讓 Transfer: 套票原則上限本人使用。如學員無法繼續，可向本館申請將餘下未用之課堂一次性轉讓予第三者（親友）使用，唯須受原套票剩餘有效期約束。

    Packages are non-transferable by default. However, students may apply to transfer remaining unused sessions to a third party (friends/family) once, subject to the original package expiration date.

  • 優惠失效（特殊爭議時）Loss of Promotional Rate: 所有套票折扣及贈送之試堂優惠均以「完成整個課程」為前提。如發生特殊合約變更，已使用之課堂將還原按單堂標準正價（HK$1,000/堂）重算。 All promotional rates and trial offers are contingent upon completing the full package. In the event of contract termination or dispute, completed sessions will be recalculated at the standard single-session rate (HK$1,000/session).

5. 責任聲明與體能風險 Health Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability

  • 體能評估 Medical Fitness: 拳擊運動具備一定之體能消耗及風險，學員於上課前應自行評估身體狀況。

    Boxing involves physical exertion and risk. Students are responsible for assessing their own physical health before attending classes.

  • 免責條款 Liability Waiver: 本館及教練對學員因隱瞞自身病史、未遵循安全指示或因個人意外所導致之任何傷亡或財物損失，概不承擔任何法律責任。

    To the maximum extent permitted by law, CHAN KA WA BOXING shall not be liable for any personal injury, medical condition, or property loss resulting from non-disclosure of medical history or failure to follow instructions.

  • 責任上限 Liability Cap: 本公司因任何服務爭議所承擔之總法律責任，均以學員實際支付予本公司之金額為上限。

    The total aggregate liability of the Company under any provision shall be limited to the actual amount paid by You to the Company.

6. 網站使用與知識產權 Website Use & Intellectual Property

  • 網站內容 Intellectual Property: 本網站之所有內容、標誌、文字及圖片均為 CHAN KA WA BOXING 之獨家財產，受版權法保護。

    The Service and its original content, features, and logos are the exclusive property of CHAN KA WA BOXING and are protected by copyright laws.

  • 條款修改 Changes to Terms: 本館保留隨時修改或更新本條款之權利。修改後的條款一經於網站公布即時生效。

    We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. Changes will take effect immediately upon posting to the website.
